Support
Support forms an integral part of our solutions to clients. At Entegral we pride ourselves in providing a fast and effective support infrastructure that includes:
- centralised support tracking system for handling all support in a timely manner.
- logging of all user suggestions and requests (on products) for later evaluation and implementation.
- effective project tracking of work scheduled for clients.
Training
Training forms a critical part for any business in the successfull rollout of new technology. Entegral provides training on all its products and specialises in real estate technology training. Training can be done on a national level at suitable locations provided by the client, our at Entegral's offices located in Sandton, South Africa.
We offer the following training courses:
- OMS (Office Management System): Overview and/or detailed use of key features.
- 360Tours (Virtual Tours): Step-by-step instructions to do your own virtual tours including practical demonstration.
- CMS (Content Management System): Detailed instructions in managing your own website
- Internet Marketing and the Estate Agent: An overview of internet technology available to the estate agent explained in 'plain English'. For new clients we can combine this with an overview of your new website, the OMS and 360tours systems. An effective way to motivate your estate agents in the use of the Internet as marketing medium!
